Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping is free on orders over $59, orders under $59 will be charged $20 for shipping. To keep the cost of our products low and pass the savings on to you, we ship a majority of our kits directly from our warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Under usual circumstances, total delivery time is 8-10 working days depending on your location (excluding processing times). Due to COVID-19, expect delivery between 10-14 working days, If the local outbreak is particularly severe, there may be additional lateness. 

USA: Between 10 - 14 working days average 

Canada: Between 10 - 14 working days average

Europe: Between 10 - 14 working days average

Australia: Between 10 - 14 working days average

All Others: Between 13 - 18 working days average

Please note that factors outside of our control (eg holiday congestion, weather events, health crises) may impact shipping times. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Individual items within an order may ship from different locations and may arrive on different dates. 

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via UPS!

 

EXPRESS

We will use UPS, DHL or FedEx for shipment and the destination is the nearest airport. Under usual circumstances, total delivery time is 5-7 working days depending on your location (excluding processing times). Due to COVID-19, expect delivery between 7-10 working days. 

USA (22$): Between 7 - 10 working days average 

Canada (33$): Between 7 - 10 working days average

Europe (33$): Between 7 - 10 working days average

Australia (33$): Between 7 - 10 working days average

All Others (33$): Between 10 - 14 working days average

What shipping provider do you use? 

UPS/DHL/FedEx/4PX The difference between Standard Shipping and Express delivery is that the parcel has different priority. Standard Shipping will be 3-5 working days later. If you need it urgently, please choose Express delivery. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier. The customer is not liable for customs duties.

Can I cancel my order? 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed. However, due to unusually long processing times related to COVID-19, we now allow you to cancel your order if it has not yet been assigned a tracking number.

If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out and we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. 

What is your refund policy?
